Transformers: Dark of the Moon

The latest Transformers trilogy from Michael Bay is set to be a major blockbuster and get the entire world excited for a long time. Partly because we have been waiting for it for so long, partly also because the movie producer and director did an excellent job of bringing the movie to life. Admit it, cartoons can only do that much. So a well directed movie will be totally awesome and thrilling.

The reasons why the latest Transformer movie 'Dark of the Moon' will become a classic epic movie:

• bitch about how ugly the replacement lead actress is. many guys are totally into Megan Fox so her disappearance will be sorely missed
• the ultra cool special effects and CGIs
• another planet is involved: the Moon has always held mankind's fascination about this heavenly body
• more humor - over time we appreciates the darker humor of Michael Bay
• we have been following the story for so long and we badly need some closure
• the movie posters are excellent
• an awesome movie to watch in 3D

How the movie / story might be enhanced:

• include more Asians / Middle Easterners into the movie for that global feel. that would politically more accurate too since the invasion is not just a problem for the USA
• more humor - when was the last time anyone complained we had too much humor. and no, we are not talking about those LOL moments. the dark humor types.
• more character development - if Megan Fox were still in this movie, it will be really cool to understand her as a key character in the movie. a pity she was never more than just a sex symbol.
• incorporate some real world events like global issues: environment impact, financial crisis, tidal waves that struck Japan a while ago.

Flooding in Singapore

Seems like the flood is now a frequent occurance in Singapore too.
